Fill your thermos with boozy chai tea

Q: This weekend, I'm going on a road trip with my overbearing family. As if that isn't bad enough, I'm going to be stuck in a car with my aunt and her never-ending supply of bad jokes—and the provisions they're bringing don't exactly include beverages of the adult variety. This got me thinking that someone should make a cocktail called The Stowaway that will be a perfect addition to my travel thermos. Any suggestions?

A: We can't help you with the jokes. But maybe you'll crack a smile if there's booze at the ready. This hot, spiked chai drink will keep you nice and cozy during your autumn excursions and make her 10th bad punchline a little more tolerable. The cocktail has enough spice and citrus to soften the kick of the rum, so no one needs to know why you're giggling uncontrollably.
