Recipe adapted from Dutch Kills, New York City
Yield: 1 drink
1½ ounces gin
¾ ounce Suze
¾ ounce Dolin bianco vermouth
In a mixing glass, combine the gin, Suze and Dolin bianco vermouth. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with the lemon twist.
