This drink is the offspring of a Hemingway Daiquiri and a Vodka Gimlet, and pivots on its unusual base spirit–a barrel-aged vodka.

Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Chase Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Aged vodka
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce maraschino liqueur
  • Lime twist for garnish
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, lime juice and maraschino liqueur. Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the lime twist and serve.
