Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 3 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ ounce rose water
  • 4 ounces soda water
  • Sparkling rosé
  • 2 lemon peels
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin, vermouth, lemon juice and rose water. Shake and strain into two Champagne flutes. Top with soda water and sparkling rosé and garnish with lemon peels. Serve immediately.
