Pimm's for ProsRecipe adapted from The Wayland, New York City, NY
Yield: 1 drink
1¼ ounces rye whiskey, preferably Rittenhouse
½ ounce Pimm's
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces ginger ale
Slices of cucumber and sprig of mint for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine rye whiskey, Pimm's, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
