Ingredients

1½ ounces Angostura bitters
½ ounce Luxardo cherry syrup
½ ounce lemon juice
Ice
2 ounces dry sparkling wine

Directions

In a mixing glass, add the bitters, syrup and lemon juice. Add ice and stir. Strain into a flute and top with the sparkling wine. Serve.
