Recipe adapted from Matt Conway, Absinthe, San Francisco
Yield: 1 drink
Cook Time: 5 minutes
1½ ounces Hophead vodka
½ ounce Luxardo maraschino
½ ounce Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
1½ ounces Anchor Liberty ale
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, maraschino, ginger liqueur and lemon juice. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with the beer and garnish with the lemon twist. Serve with a straw.
