Ingredients

1½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796 Solera Aged Rum

½ oz. Punt y Mes vermouth

½ oz. Merlet Crème de Poire Liqueur

2 drops Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters Black Mission Fig Bitters

Ice

Orange peel

Directions

1. Add all of the ingredients to an Old Fashioned glass. Stir to incorporate. Fill the glass with ice, garnish with an orange twist, and serve.
