Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1½ ounces Post Familie sherry
  • 1½ ounces Dolin dry vermouth
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the sherry, vermouth and bitters. Stir until cold and strain into a coupe. Garnish with the lemon twist. Serve.
