Not feeling inspired by your usual dishes? Here's what's for dinner.

We can thank New England for a lot of things: Dunkin' Donuts, candy hearts and the start of American democracy, to name a few. It also gave us clam chowder, that thick, rich seafood staple that can be found from Maine to the Long Island Sound. Pay homage to the Northeast with this New England-inspired dinner menu that goes beyond the soup bowl.

① The Clam Dip
It's like clam chowder, but you don't need to bother with a spoon. Break out the potato chips and start your meal with this creamy dip, a TT favorite.

② Pasta with Clams, Bacon and Beer
You'll want that spoon now to savor every drop of the smoky, clam-infused beer broth at the bottom of your pasta bowl. Bonus points if you use a New England brew.

③ Shaker Pie
You should probably keep your dessert mollusk free, so stick with winter citrus in this timeless lemon and ginger-spiced pie.
