Millennial Pink Le Creuset Cookware

Even classy cast iron can't escape this year's favorite hue

We might be well past the halfway point of 2017, but that doesn't mean millennial pink, the year's swankiest (and for some, the most, er, obnoxious) color, is dulling anytime soon. Aside from making its way into restaurant decor and fruity chocolate, you can now find the shade brazenly drenching your favorite cast-iron cookware.

According to The Kitchn, Le Creuset launched its newest color last week, which the company is unashamedly dubbing Sugar Pink Matte. (Yeah, the brand's not being subtle at who this color is geared toward.) And while the tone might be a bit too bright for Ina's or Martha's kitchen, for those of us who aren't afraid to give in to guilty pleasures, the lineup is the perfect way to immortalize the color no one expected to see outside their summer glass of wine.

Worried about having to drop a few hundred on the latest in kitchen colors? Don't despair: The Sugar Pink Matte collection also comes in less-big-ticket items including adorable pie birds, spoon rests and storage containers.
