Let's say you made a batch of our ultimate fudgy brownies and you're asking yourself, Now what? Well, the obvious next move is this: the ultimate brownie sundae. Cue the smooth jazz.
Scoops of vanilla ice cream? Check. Silky caramel sauce? Check. Saucy hot fudge? Check. Spoonfuls of ready-made chocolate chunk cookie dough? Why not? Toasted walnuts, whipped cream and a cherry on top? OF COURSE. Not to mention we use an entire batch of thick, indulgent brownies as the base. Not sorry.
This can, of course, be scaled down to a more "appropriate" portion size, but where's the fun in that? Grab some friends, grab some spoons and go to town.
