How To Fry Multiple Eggs At Once

Making eggs for a crowd just got easier

Frying up a couple eggs is pretty easy. Things get complex once you try frying multiple yolks at the same time. But there's a simple solution that will have you serving up a batch of perfect eggs—that aren't stuck together—in no time.

The trick is to drop each egg into the pan about 10 to 15 seconds apart.

Adding each egg to the pan just a few seconds apart allows the whites to firm up and will stop them from sticking together. If the eggs do start to run into one another, use a spatula to hold them in place for a couple of seconds as they start to cook. This will allow you to easily remove them individually from the pan and place them on top of chorizo and fried potatoes or French toast—where they belong.

Now invite your friends over for brunch and impress them with your eggcellent new skills.
