Will has worked as a writer and editor for more than 10 years, first starting during college. After leaving school, he also worked on a number of vegetable farms, supplementing that work in the off-season with several years of cooking in restaurants, several of which were largely farm-to-table. He has diverse, hands-on experience working with food. He's written regularly for the last decade, contributing to the Times Union, American Prospect, and other regional and national publications.
