Jessica is a professional recipe creator, food photographer, custom baker, and food writer based in Colorado. She is the lead recipe developer for The Paleo Diet, where she creates simple, elegant, and delicious recipes based on specific Paleo Diet guidelines. Jessica also art directs and photographs the meal preparation process and the finished dish. Not only that, but she's a food-focused freelance writer and the founder of a small baking business, Case Bakehouse, which creates fine baked goods, breads, and custom cakes for a curated client list, from French patisserie to gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan treats.
Education
Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in fine arts from Saint Michael's College in Vermont, her masters degree in art education from Adelphi University, and her associates degree in graphic design from the Art Institute in Colorado.
