Experience

Alison's first foray into the world of journalism was as a development assistant at Tricycle Magazine. In 2009, she joined H.O.W. Journal as an assistant editor. From 2009 to 2010, she worked as the personal assistant of actor Jeff Garlin. In 2012, she began working as a blog editor for the Food and Travel section of the Huffington Post. One year later, she was promoted to associate food editor, and two years later, she became a lifestyle editor for the brand. Alison worked as a senior writer and features editor for Tasting Table from January 2016 to September 2017.

Alison graduated from Middlebury College with a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology.
