Chianina Steakhouse

Michael's Restaurant Group, operators of Long Beach's Michael's on Naples and the Michael's Pizzeria, have opened their "boutique steakhouse" in Long Beach. The restaurant is named after a prized breed of Italian cattle, which is used for the menu's bistecca alla Fiorentina.
