The Pilsen restaurant offering beer-inspired food and a swath of food-focused beers on draft is now open for weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu features a mix of sweet and savory items, including a poached seckle pear dutch baby and BBQ shrimp and grits.
