The Field Bistro

The Field Museum's new dining option is not your average museum spot: Cleetus Friedman (formerly of City Provisions and currently chef of Fountainhead) is helping the café source from local producers. There's a T-Rex-inspired collaboration (called Tooth and Claw) with Chicago's Off Color Brewing on tap.
