Yesterday, Charlie Hallowell (Pizzaiolo, Boot & Shoe Service) opened his third restaurant in Oakland's Grand Lake neighborhood. Instead of a pizza oven, he installed a wood-fired grill, and hired Miles Schafer (Rich Table) as the chef.
