The West Loop's Randoph Row has a new cocktail joint. The tavern is a collaboration between Matt Eisler and Kevin Heisner (Trenchermen, Nightwood) and Stephen Cole (Barrelhouse Flat), with savory pies, oatmeal-chocolate sandwiches and more bites brought in daily from Pleasant House Bakery.
