David Yoo opens this East Village ice cream parlor today. To celebrate, free scoops of flavors such as End-of-Summer Sweet Corn with Salted Carmel Swirl, Black Pepper Watermelon Sorbet and Roasted Pistachio are on offer from 7 to 10 p.m.
