Dorados Ceviche Bar

Chef Ricardo Diaz has annouced the closing of Dorados Ceviche Bar in Monterey Park, to the dismay of seafood fans in the SGV. Diaz's other restaurant, Bizarra Capital, will incorporate some of Dorados' ceviches and tacos into its menu.
