One of our favorite East Village bars, The Wayland, unveils this 15-seat sandwich shop (open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) expansion today. The menu includes a pulled bacon torta with refried baked beans and chile mayo, and house-made cola on tap.
