Next time you land at LAX with a burger craving, swing by Humble Potato, a Japanese-inspired "hambaga" joint on Lincoln Boulevard. Triple-cooked fries come tossed in shichimi and parmesan, while the "Battle Royale" burger — paved with spicy bacon, avocado and a fried egg — resembles a beast straight out of a manga comic. They'll even drizzle curry sauce on it for a few cents more.
