"5.000 Years of Farm to Table" is the slogan of the new South Beach Thai restaurant. It is owned by 50 Eggs, the company behind Yardbird and the forthcoming Swine. Piyarat Potha Arreeratn, known as Chef Bee, will serve Northern Thai dishes like housemade Chiang Rai sausage and slow-roasted chicken marinaded in coconut milk.
