Kris Wessel's new restaurant is housed in the sleek nouveau-Florida-Modern hotel, The James Royal Palm. Wessel's menu follows a similar theme, with inspired Florida cuisine. A sampler of oxtail, alligator and oysters empanadas is tasty; also try an indulgent broil of salty, juicy shredded duck topped with a fried duck egg and Tomme cheese. Finish with the banana pudding.
