Fletcher's Brooklyn Barbecue

Gowanus has this new barbecue spot for pork shoulder finished with horseradish-spiked vinegar, St. Louis-cut ribs and beef brisket. The meats are smoked over red oak and sugar maple in a 2,600-pound pit.
