It's always fun to see what chef E. Michael Reidt is creating with fresh local fish and produce. On a recent visit, a dish of barbecue-seasoned scallops with pulled pork and charred peaches was spectacular. We also loved the indulgent and expertly fried "Eddie's Wings," chicken thighs stuffed with chicken liver and served with a house-smoked miso sauce. Read our previous coverage.
