Highlights from a recent night at The Park Hyatt's restaurant include fried chicken livers on toast, grilled peaches with arugula, sweet-corn soup with goat cheese gnocchi and garlicky sausage, and a grand finale of pastry chef Meg Galus' superlative tarts.
