When in Brickell, Edge Steak & Bar is our go-to choice. On a recent visit, we enjoyed the BBQ Collins cocktail (rimmed with the restaurant's house-made spice rub) and the outstanding, hefty Edge burger with Vermont cheddar and house-made pickles. The Caesar salad gets the dressing just right, and is accompanied by a fried hard-boiled egg.
