Jason Neroni's skillfully made pastas brought many to Osteria la Buca during the chef's stint at that Melrose restaurant. Now, at the restaurant he collaborated on with Pitfire Pizza's Paul Hibler, in Venice, you can eat less classically Italian pasta dishes like cauliflower agnolotti sauced with pig's cheeks, five spice, smoked pine nuts and a shot of amaro.
