Fresh off his 10th-anniversary celebrations, David Kinch continues to throw it down with the most creative of Bay Area chefs. Vegetal rarities from Love Apple Farm, which supplies almost all of Manresa's produce, appear in intriguing places in Kinch's erudite dishes, and the service has the tight choreography of a Blue Angels squad.
