Two and a half years after opening, this Latin-Asian restaurant has finally finished its roof deck. Step outside for bulgogi steak-and-cheese buns, chorizo hot dogs and five-spice sopapillas. The bar menu includes seasonal sangrias and a spicy cucumber margarita.
