Prepare for classic bistro dishes and classic cocktails at this retro-styled Petworth restaurant. Named for Billy Simpson's House of Seafood & Steak, a white-tablecloth restaurant once occupying the space, Chez Billy will be run by Brendan L'Etoile, a former sous at Marvin.
