Nightlife and dining mix at this new Santa Monica restaurant, recently opened by chef Jet Tila. The food tends toward American comfort food, but dishes don't always arrive in the form you might expect. So pot roast with Brussels sprouts are folded into tortillas and topped with a Korean-spiced salsa.
