The Foundry On Melrose

Eric Greenspan and chef de cuisine Nick Russo are cooking a new menu inspired by the long-closed Meson G at this Melrose restaurant. The section of the menu called "Uniquity" might annoy us in terms of diction, but the cheddar-Guinness risotto with blood sausage and pears more than makes up for that menuism.
