Artisan Access October Dinner for MasterCard Priceless New York

On Tuesday, October 25, Tasting Table and MasterCard Priceless New York cohosted another successful Artisan Access dinner event. The evening celebrated Fleisher's Organic & Grass-Fed Meats, the top butchers to some of New York City's finest restaurants. During cocktail hour, guests toasted with custom cocktails by mixologist Suzanne Taliercio and snacked on canapés from Tasting Table executive chef Brendan McHale. The five-course dinner featured a wide range of Fleisher's fine meats in dishes like crispy pork terrine with pickled apple, endive and buttermilk vinaigrette. Each course was paired with wines selected by V.O.S. Selections. After dinner, guests enjoyed after-dinner spirits and dessert while listening to the Jazz-Age crooning of Michael Arenella & His Dreamland Orchestra.
