Tasting Table and Jenn-Air Cocktail Party

On September 8, Tasting Table and Jenn-Air cohosted a cocktail party in the Test Kitchen & Dining Room to celebrate the luxury kitchen appliance company. As the presenting sponsor of the Test Kitchen, Jenn-Air outfitted the space with a full suite of top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances. Guests were treated to a selection of canapés from Tasting Table executive chef Brendan McHale, including braised octopus with romesco and basque chile, and pork belly croquettes with pickled melon and cilantro aioli.

Platters of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and heirloom tomatoes also lined the kitchen island, where guests mingled and interacted with the chefs. The 50 guests sipped custom cocktails from mixologist Franky Marshall, and a variety of wines were on hand, chosen by V.O.S. Selections.
