Bobby Flay has joined the city's increasingly fired-up burger scene, opening this casual patty joint on K St. The regionally inspired combinations include a Buffalo burger with wing sauce and blue cheese dressing, and the Santa Fe, which arrives with cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños and blue corn chips.
