Wooly's Ice

Joining the Tortilleria Nixtamal kiosk in Municipal Plaza is this "snow ice" stand (it's a cross between Hawaiian and Taiwanese versions). Flavored ices get topped with brownies, mochi or fruit and then drizzled with syrup.
