Also in anticipation of an official March 1 opening, Lisa Schoen (Derek Jeter's personal chef) will serve 95 percent of the menu soft at this Murray Hill taqueria and tequileria (complete with tequila-bottle chandeliers) starting Saturday at 5 p.m.
