Chef Ryan Poli will leave his post as chef of this Lincoln Park restaurant on March 7 to helm Tavernita, a new restaurant from the owners of Mercadito. His replacement: Vie's Paul Virant, who will revamp the restaurant (and change its name to Perennial Virant).
