Paris Club

This remake of Brasserie Jo, from chef Jean Joho, Tim Graham and the Melman brothers, opens tonight. The space may be mostly new, but the sizable menu has an old (French) soul; it's speckled with classics like French onion fondue, house-made charcuterie, steak frites and duck confit.
