This members-only downtown bar is debuting its new winter cocktail menu tonight. The list (click here to download) expands beyond rum-based libations like the Palmetto (El Dorado 12-year Demerara, Carpano Antica vermouth and orange bitters) to include non-molasses spirits, as in The Good Word (reposado mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, maraschino and lime).
