Nancy Silverton
The queen bread maker (and pizza genius) from California is the recipient of multiple James Beard Awards—not to mention she's behind the Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza. She's kicking off the Seaport Food Lab series September 12 to 16, so you can see what all the fuss is about without having to book a trip to L.A.
Angie Mar
Don't miss your chance to enjoy dinner from the standout star of the iconic Beatrice Inn, whose food, perspective and unabashed love of all things meat has been lauded by many. Fans of David Chang and Netflix's Ugly Delicious will be no stranger to the Chicago-born chef. She runs three of Europe's most celebrated Mexican restaurants, including Hija de Sanchez and the eponymous Sanchez, and she's bringing a taste of Mexico to NYC from October 3 to 7.
Camille Cogswell & Caitlin McMillan
This unstoppable pair from the Philadelphia CookNSolo restaurant empire are known for how they spin traditional Israeli flavors into modern masterpieces. They helped put Israeli food on the U.S. culinary map and will be taking up residency at Seaport Food Lab from October 10 to 14.
Ashley Christensen
America's new favorite Southern chef is bringing her famous macaroni au gratin—and a whole lot more—to close out the show from October 17 to 21. Christensen has built a legacy in Raleigh, North Carolina, by reworking the classics into thrilling new experiences, and once you try her James Beard Award-winning cuisine, you'll know why.
