Whole Foods' 365 Store In Brooklyn

Think of it as a playground in grocery store form

Just as we all have a favorite restaurant, corner coffee shop and questionable dive bar in NYC, everyone has that go-to grocery store. But something tells us previous loyalties will fall, now that Whole Foods' 365 is open in Brooklyn.

Today, the grocery chain brings its more affordable concept to the East Coast for the first time with the opening of a 30,000-square-foot playground in Fort Greene, where all those whole-paycheck jokes from over the years can finally be laid to rest in a bulk quinoa bin.

It's not just a budget-friendly place to grab almond milk though. The store is home to outposts of Orwashers Bakery & Coffee, Juice Press and Next Level Burger, a spot offering 100 percent plant-based patties. You'll also find an entirely self-serve beer, cider and wine bar, where customers pour their own drinks (and samples) from a dozen rotating taps. A nice addition, since knowing NYC grocery store lines, chances are you'll have some time to kill once you're ready to hit the checkout.
