'Bob's Burgers' Pop-Up In NYC

Get ready for 7 days of pun-inspired patties

Chef Alvin Cailan's next project during his residence at NYC's Chefs Club Counter is making Bob's Burgers a reality on the East Coast, Eater reports.

The L.A. Eggslut founder is hosting a weeklong pop-up, where each day will get an new, pun-inspired burger taken directly from the show, like the Dark Side of the Shroom (shiitake mushrooms, pineapple and teriyaki sauce), the Hit Me with Your Best Shallot (caramelized shallots, chèvre spread and arugula) and the Baby You Can Chive My Car (sour cream and mustard spread, chives, and fried pickles). The $20 price tag for each burger not only includes your requisite side of fries, but also a Bob's Burgers key chain and a sticker. More importantly, all proceeds will help benefit the L.A. fire department currently battling Southern California's deadly wildfires.

The pop-up is open from December 18 through 24; though seeing as how popular Cailan's original L.A. version faired, you'll want to get there early—the burgers will be available only from 11:30 a.m. until they're sold out.
