Attention, superheroes: This one's for you
Disney is about to make every Marvel Comics fan's dream come true with the opening of the world's first-ever Marvel Comics hotel: Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.
According to Travel + Leisure, major renovations are planned for Disney's Hotel New York, located near Disneyland Paris's Disneytown. The space will be transformed into a comic book lover's dream resort, featuring costumes and props from Marvel's popular television shows, films and comic books.
"We are going to create a hotel at Disneyland Paris that would make Tony Stark proud," Bob Chapek, chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, said at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California.
The news was among other announcements from the expo, including how Spider-Man and the Avengers are expected to join the Guardians of the Galaxy at Disney California Adventure in what's been nicknamed Marvel Land. Additionally, Chapek shared that Disney World will be getting a new Star Wars-themed hotel.
The addition of these attractions is making fans very happy.
