Gabrielle Hamilton Shares Where She Eats Around NYC

The mastermind behind Prune shares where she likes to eat in NYC

Gabrielle Hamilton is the chef and owner of one of New York's most loved restaurants, Prune. She is also an exceptional writer: In both her enthralling memoir, Blood, Bones and Butter, and her cookbook, Prune, she welcomes readers into her kitchen and her life. When we asked her where she likes to eat the most in New York for our restaurant discovery app DINE, she did the same thing and had the following to say:

Restaurant Daniel: If you happen to be dressed correctly, it is always fun to drop in and disrupt the high and tight aspect of the dining crowd to experience the perfection of Daniel himself.

Estela: The crowd at Estela is a beast to brave, but the food is so standout. It's worth hazarding the crowds.

Eataly: I think 11:30 a.m. at the fish counter at Eataly is an experience not to be missed. A glass of Prosecco and a plate of grilled razor clams is the best breakfast in the Flatiron.

Jongro BBQ: I will never tire of the exceptional beef BBQ upstairs at the bizarre and fantastic Jongro Korean BBQ. It's addictive and haunting.
